Wiki Changes to Medi-Cal Teaching Documentation Guidelines???

I heard that teaching documentation guidelines are changing for Medi-Cal. Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find more on this? I have been through my resources with a fine tooth comb and can't find anything on this.
