For facility billing, if we have multiple dx codes on the patient chart, but the primary code for which the patient sought care is not listed first, can we change the order of the codes on the claim? The billing is for Detox, but the Medical Director listed F51.05 - Insomnia due to mental disorder as the first diagnosis. It should be F13.220, Sedative Hypnotic w/withdrawal.
