Wiki Charge for MRSA screening??

Hi the question just came up as to whether we can charge for MRSA surveillance screening for patients entering ICU units. In reseaching I have found it is an Illinois law that we have to do the testing, but I couldn't find any information on whether it can be charged. I'd apprecaite any feedback. Thank you!
