Good evening. I was approached by my administrator with a question about possible CPT codes for chart review. I work in physical therapy. Has anyone heard of this? I believe he is referring to completing charts after hours? He also had a question for me about our therapist being able to remove sutures that were placed by another physician. Are we able to remove these and be reimbursed? Thank you for any help and direction. :)
 
Does anyone know the difference between E74.9 (Disorder of Carbohydrate Metabolism) vs R73.03 (PreDiabetes?)

Pre-Diabetes is a type of Carbohydrate Metabolism Disorder so when do you know when to use what? I ask because one is considered "risk" code and the other is not.
