Can Anyone help me as to how the number units are computed basing on the billed unit that the provider submits ? Example

Code J1100 is Injection, dexamethasone sodium phosphate, 1 mg

Based on the medical records , Provider is billing 8 units of the J1100 . Medical record states "The injection consisted of 8cc, w/o epinephrine of 1% lidocaine, 4 mg of dexamethasone and into multiple trigger points.

Will it be supported ? or denied ?
