How would you code a complex closure of a head laceration (4mm)with removal of a metal piece and evacuation of a hematoma ? I just want to check my work. Thank you!

ok, so the wound was enlarged to 4cm. I coded:
13132 for complex closure (went down to muscle and ligated temporal artery)
10121-51
10140-51
is this correct? Thank You!
