21270=The physician augments the cheek (malar region) with prosthetic material. The physician creates incisions though the lower eyelids and maxillary buccal vestibule. The malar defect is identified and the prosthetic is implanted to improve the contours of the cheek. It is held in place with wires, plates, or screws. All incisions are closed
