Can someone give me a good sourse to go to find the correct way to bill chemo and blood the sameday? I was tought a long time ago that if you give a blood transfusion then give chemo, your chemo can be inital. Wrong or right I would like to know where i can get documentation. Thank you

I am not sure what kind of information that you are looking for beyond the CPT book and NCCI edits. They are two distinctly different services. One is a drug infusion, one is a blood infusion which are not in the same category other than they are going intravenously.

Example:
96413 with 36430 do not bundle and are billable separately as an example. They are both "initial" services essentially.
