Does anyone have a chemo cheatsheet? I have a question about concurrent treatment. total time(2.25 hours)

Mag sulfate - 2 gm (non-chemo) 96368
Potassium chloride - 20 meq (non-chem) 96368
Cisplatin - 70 mg (chemo) 96413,96415

My coworker wouldn't or couldn't explain why these codes would be correct. So I am lost.
