I have been asked to look at the coding for a service referred to as "chemo embolization". This approach uses adriamycin-infused beads implanted "into the patient" (e.g., I conclude adjacent to the tumor).

Now, I've asked for clarification from the clinical side, but I've yet to receive that. Can anyone currently using this technique assist with code assignment for the service? Unfortunately, Oncology is not my forte and frankly I am in need for support.

We will be coding for professional fee and supplies.
