Good Morning All,

I am new to chemotherapy billing and need some help. Patient has Hydration flush from 10:30-13:00, Activan 1mg 10:30, Decadron IV 10:35 - 10:50, Zofran IV 10:35-10:50, LVR IV 10:50-12:55, 5FU bolus IVP 12:55 to 13:00. Would this be coded 96409, 96367, 96368?

The Decadron and Zofran are each only 15 minutes, so they are to be billed a pushes. I agree your initial code is the 5FU 96409. Not sure what Activan is. Is the hydradration ordered/billed?
