Good afternoon everyone.
Inpatient case.
Could You Provide Some Input?
Patient started chemo @ 11.54 pm on 04/01 and stopped on 04/02 at 3am . So do i code the initial cpt 96413 on 04/01/24 even though its 6 minutes and the rest of the chemo on 04/02 or I start the initial on the 04/02 ?
I appreciate your help.
