Chemo teaching

We typically bill an office visit code for chemo teaching done by a PA. We have a teaching that was done with caregiver/family only as the patient was too ill to attend. Is this billable at all? I am having a hard time finding a code that would be applicable. I was thinking maybe 98960 or 99358 but I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
