In treating retinoblastoma, our dr.s frequently perform a cath/angio and then infuse a chemo agent. We tried billing the chemo with 96422, 96549 and 37799. Currently payors are denying those codes for POS. Our new solution would be to amend modifier 22 to the 3622X. Does anyone else code for this procedure? Suggestions?
