Anyone have any experience with Chemotherapy Bladder Instillation? I have a clinic that introduced Gemzar directly into the bladder via catheter. The only code I can find is 51700 but am wondering if there would be something more appropriate since we are using a Chemotherapy rather than therapeutic medications. Other option would be maybe 96549 (unlisted chemo procedure)?
