I have a patient who is receiving desensitization for Taxotere. He is receiving 15 pushes. Is it appropriate to bill 96409 for the first push and 96411 for the additional 14?

This is an interesting question. One would think that 96411 is for a different drug from the one administered with 96409. But there isn't and additional push code. It seems to me that this drug is usually given as a IV infusion. I hope others know the answer.
