If a patient is global for surgery and your provider is performing chemo management (which is billable under WPS Medicare guidelines with a -24 mod) would you consider the cancer as stable or worsening? This patient has no signs or symptoms or a new cancer antigen level.
If the patient has listed under ROS Energy Level worsening does this indicate a worsening of the cancer?
