Wiki Chest mass excision with out rib removal

Hi!

I am in need of some advice. I may be making this harder than it is?

The Surgeon did a Chest wall Mass removal. He dissected down to the ribs took tissue sample also along with mass; No ribs were removed so can not use 19260.

He could see into chest cavity and everything looked good.

I coded 21555 but just does not seem to be extensive enough?

Is there another code out there that could be a better fit?

Any suggestions would be appreciated~:) Thanks!!
 
Definitely need to know how "deep" ... though could possibly be:

19260,52 - Excision of chest wall tumor including ribs;(-52 Reduced Services)
