I need to know the code a Chest Tube removal only. My provider did not put in the chest tube but pateint came in to office and provider removed the tube. How do we code this?

I was always told the chest tube removal in included with the E/M. It doesn't matter who put it in. You would have to pick the level of service accordingly.
