Is there a code for chest x-ray to confirm a position of Broviac catheter?
CHEST XRAY FINDINGS:
LUNGS: Expiratory chest x-ray. The lungs are grossly clear

HEART and MEDIASTINUM: Normal and unchanged

PLEURA: No pneumothorax or pleural effusion

     SKELETAL: Normal
LINES and SUPPORT DEVICES: Endotracheal tube is 2 cm above the carina. Left thoracotomy tube is in good position without pneumothorax. Percutaneous gastrostomy tube overlying the gastric outline. VP shunt superimposed over the right chest.

As per Dr. Z guideline
Chest x-ray following CVC placement, replacement, revision, or removal is considered part of the procedure and is not separately billable. Specifically, even if CVC is placed "blinly" and a chest x-ray is ordered, it is still considered part of the procedure and cannot be billed.
If fluoroscopy is used and documented a follow up chest x-ray for “catheter tip location, R/O pneumothorax” can not be separately billed, as it isbundled into code 77001. A subsequent medically necessary chest x-ray can be billed separately, but must have a completely separate medically necessary indication unrelated to the CVC procedure
