I need a bit of help. Patient came in for a shoulder x-ray and they found an abnormality in the lung area. They then did a lung x-ray due to the abnormal finding. What ICD-9 Code would I use?

I am looking at 793.1 and also 793.7. I think I have thought about this too long and I have totally confused myself with different rationales.

Thank you

Yes, May be I used that one, but When this situation happened in the office, we can use the interpretation to code the icd-9.
I preffer to discuss with the Rad
