I need some suggestion please on how to code for a child ,that when a fetus was exposed to drugs from mom. We have a pediatric neuro assessment program, which does multiple phychological and learning tests over several weeks. No dx has been confirmed yet. All I have is pt was exposed prior to birth and it is now effecting the childs learning abilities. Any ideas would help
