Have never posted before but have questions about "code first". When it says code first and has with the code (T56.0-) where do I look to get the complete code?

A code book would be the easiest way. Just open the book to the chapter for the S-T codes , then go to the T section and the numerically find your code. If you do not possess a code book you can try ICD-10 Data online and see if you can work the website. You should really have access to a code book. I was recently put on a team for a client that would not hire you if you did not use books to look up codes, encoders were not allowed to be used. They had a really hard time locating coders that could use code books in an accurate and timely fashion.
