Hello,
Does anyone know if a chiropractic visit and a family practice visit performed on the same date, same tax i.d. number for different problems needs to go together on UB?
Any info is much appreciated.

It should not be a problem as each provider type is from a different insurance benefit. Usually, chiro is taken from the rehab benefit and family practice is from the medical benefit. Check with the patient's insurance carrier.
