Can Anyone give me clarification on if and when it is appropriate to use M99.05 Segmental and Somatic Dysfunction of the Pelvic Region in the chiropractic setting? The Alphabetical Index indicates Hip, Pelvic region and Pubic as appropriate anatomical dysfunction sites, I have been advised that it isn't a spinal area, yet some chiropractic disciplines have protocols for pubis re-alignment as well as Femur-acetabular manipulation.
