Can you bill a Nissen fundoplication and a cholecystectomy together? I am not seeing anything that you cannot. A commercial insurance is stating that the service is not documented in the medical record, but it is clearly there and I feel like we're just grasping at straws. Thanks in advance!
 
Yes they can be billed together, You might have your Doc write a letter or do a peer to peer with the insurance medical director on this one.

Make sure your diagnosis's are separated to each procedure, sometimes that can cause issues. I know for a fact those do not bundle.
