Wiki Chondrocyte implantation

Surgeon did a chondrocyte implantation of the femoral trachlea and the medial femoral
condyle, left knee.

I know the CPT is 27412. My question is, can I charge this twice? I don't think so,
but want to be sure.
Appreciate any opinions.

good question, have not had this case before but gut is telling once. I would also check for any medical policies.
Anyone else??
