I am needing help with the following diagnosis please.
Chronic calculous cholecystitis, gallstone pancreatitis, and ileus secondary to pancreatitis

at first I had these dxs
K80.10, K85.10, and K56.3

but then I questioned myself and thought should I code the chronic calculous cholecystitis with obstruction K80.11?

and do I code then ileus secondary to pancreatitis as unspecified not as gallstone ileus? Icd 10 code K56.7

I'd keep your first two dx and add the K56.7
