My patient has Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3, Diabetes Mellitus, and Gatroparesis. I'm not sure if I coded it correctly. I am looking at E11.22, N18.3, E11.43 and K31.84. Would someone let me know if I am on the right track?
 
Did your provider link the DM to CKD? eg, DM with CKD, or DM with nephropathy etc.
If he did then, E11.22, N18.3. If he did not then E11.9, N18.3

Did he also link DM to gastroparesis?
If he did E11.43. If not E11.9, K31.84
