Hi,

Which CPT code should I use to code Cicatrix: 88304 or 88305? We have been over this diagnosis several times already, and we can't arrive to a conclusion.

As per Dennis Padget, Cicatrix should be coded with CPT 88304. See the generic caption Skin, cyst/tag/debridement.
