Hello, Our office's in AZ and IL are having an issue with all CMT denials with Cigna not paying and we get "Contract rate not on file" ( we are OON) But have never had this issue before, When we call and ask, we get a 3rd party, telling us its a Medicare NCCI edit. But wont help with anything else.
Has anyone had this before? We Dx point the regions and are following the current Medicare LCD and Billing article.
we also have an issue with IL Medicare and they are just flat out denying all our CMT as non covered, but our AZ offices are just fine? We are not sure what changed?
