Wiki Cigna Denying X-Rays for POS

I work in an orthopedic clinic and we bill out X Rays with 11 POS Cigna is now denying all x-rays because of the POS what can I do?
We've run into this issue but only in the following manner: we send our x-rays offsite to be read by a radiologist. We bill our x-rays only as a technical component (for physically doing the x-ray). They were billing for the both technical and read components, instead of just the read. This caused our X-rays to get fully denied every time and it took a bit to work it out with our radiology partners' office. If you're in a similar situation and billing mod TC x-rays, check with your radiology clinic to make sure they're not billing for both components incorrectly.
