Cigna is telling us that there is no longer a Kansas City "distinction" and everyone is either St. Louis, Denver, Chicago etc. Is anyone else in KC having trouble with their Cigna fee schedule? We are trying to escalate the call and the rep will not. We've been dealing with this about a month; but have gotten KC no longer has it's own fee schedule a couple of times.
