Does anyone have provider contact information for Cigna Medicare Advantage? We are experiencing denials for our Non-Emergency Ambulance claims. I have contacted other ambulance providers in the country, and they are experiencing the same denials. I have been unable to get contact information from the provider's claims representative, and the email that was provided is no longer valid. Thank you.

It's my understanding that HCSC (independent licensee of BCBS) has purchased Cigna's Medicare Advantage, Supplemental Benefits, Medicare Part D and CareAllies businesses as of March 19.
I don't know new contact information, but hope this helps.
