Cigna No Longer Paying for Ophthalmic Ultrasounds?

Hi. Does anyone have any insight as to why Cigna has stopped paying for ophthalmic ultrasounds (ex: 76514 - Pachymetry, 76519 - A-scans)? I'm guessing that their policy for radiological services has changed, but it doesn't make sense for these types of scans. I'd appreciate any helpful info.
