Our doc performed a circ on a 2 week old. The baby had significant lesions before the circ which had to be separated with scissors. All of the info I see says that the lysis is bundled in the circ. How do I bill for this. I am inclined to 54150 and 54000. Doc dx'd phimosis.
 
Yes, lysis is bundled to the procedure. Did your doctor preform a penile block to the patient and put a device on the penis (something perhaps like a plasibell)? If so, 54150 is the right direction.
