Based on all research I am finding it states that when you are billing a drug over $99,999.99 to bill on 2 claims and differ the dollar amount and units so it will not deny/dup out. In other words do not bill claim 50,000 claim 2 $50,000 and place narrative in local use field stating Claim 1 of 2, dollar amount exceeds charge line amount. Does anyone have experience doing this?
