Could someone provide some practical examples of places of service 17, 20, and 49? For example, what place of service would be the little clinics in WalMart or Walgreens?

Any insight into place of service -49 is especially helpful.

Do they all follow the physician fee schedule, or OPPS, or ASC fee schedule?

Thanks for any and all help! Hearing from practice managers with experience with these sites would be especiallyhelpful :)
