I seem to be reading multiple opinions on this subject.

Situation:

DRE is done in the office at the same time as a Pelvic and Breast exam (G0101).

The physician has met the 7 of the 11 requirements but has ALSO done a DRE.
Is this billable?

Technique: after performing the DRE in the office, the physician puts the sample on a card (guiac based) as part of the screening process.

Would this be CPT 82270 to Medicare or is it included? Would the dx be V76.41?

Thanks!!
