Wiki Clarification on CPT 95145

The above CPT description states 'Professional services for the supervision of preparation and provision of antigens for allergen immunotherapy. Our physicians do not actually provide the antigens at the time of the visit; they are ordered through a drug company and mailed directly to the patient. This being said, is it appropriate to utilize 95145?

If the patient brings in the antigens from an outside source, the physician cannot report provision of the antigen. Look to codes 95115-95117 for allergen immunotherapy not including provision of allergenic extracts.
