I'm trying to find the diagnosis for left upper extremity claudication but all I see is claudication of the lower extremity. What do I use for the upper extremity?

Usually claudication is a symptom of a disease, meaning that the code you're looking for isn't listed directly under "claudication." In your case, does the documentation state just "claudication" or is/are there additional DX(s) listed?
