Hello! How would you code this? The DR did 2 Clavicle x-rays on the left side. Would you bill it 73000/LT x2 or 73000/50? It seems the insurance companies only want to pay for 1 of the x-rays not both. Not sure if we are billing these correctly. Thanks.
 
Hopefully there is a reason why he did it twice...
I would maybe look at modifier 76 if it is the same doctor. 77 if different.
