Does anyone have any resource for a list of CLIA exempt labs?

Would you also happen to know if labs needed for HEDIS KED measure fall under CLIA waived or exempt? I know the urine is waived but the eGFR portion I have not been able to find. It requires a good amount of blood for the Provider to assess.

Sorry, do you want the list of tests that are CLIA waived (tests reported with modifier QW)? The complete list is at the FDA: https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfClia/analyteswaived.cfm

CMS issues regular updates and the clinical lab fee schedule will list the QW modifier with codes that can be performed with a waived test.
