Hi I am a new coder and I work in an outpatient Article 16 clinic. The population we serve is MR. The OT is working with someone with 318.0 moderate mental retardation. They are working on money skills which is part of ADL's. We have been coding this as the MR code (318.0). Does anyone have another code they are using?
