Clinical UM guidelines for commercial plans

I haven't had to look at the medical policy manual of a commercial plan for several years. In that time, things have changed. Many require a provider to have a log in to access any such documents. Besides contacting each plan to get a copy of their coverage / UM guidelines or Policies, is there a way to get them online if I'm not the provider? (I am a consultant).
