Anyone have any idea what direction I should go in for closed treatment of a proximal periprosthetic femur fracture? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
 
It's hand written but what I could pull from it is lt hip proximal loose stem w/small cortical break. Plan: Will try to treat non-operatively but may need hip revision. Non-weight bearing on left for wheelchair transfers only. Thanks in advance for any advice!
