Need help with this code. . . . . .

Doctor is doing a closed reduction and percutaneous pinning of a radial shaft fracture.

I am finding codes for the closed reduction, but none include the percutaneous pinning.
He is doing the surgery this afternoon and need to get authorization from insurance.

Any suggestions ? Please ?

Take a look at 25606. I believe this is the code I have previously used.
