25565 - Closed treatment of radial and ulnar shaft fracture; with manipulation

79.12 -Closed reduction of fracture with internal fixation of radius/ulna
 
That code doesn't address the perc pinning only manual manipulation - he used intramedullary Steinmann pins - they were bent and cut short and pin cups placed over the sites. This is for the physician charges.
