Wiki closed reduction(small finger) plus open (ring finger)

Description: A closed reduction was attempted. There was no mobility of the ring or small finger MTC fractures. I elected to procedd with closed treatment of the small finger MTC nect. Due to the inability to maintain a closed reduction, an open reduction was then performed on the ring finger. I elected to proceed with a single K-wire fixation through the extensor tendon through the meacarpal.
Can I charge for both of the procedures? Please advise. Thank you,
 
In that case, yes you can bill the closed procedure for the small finger and the open procedure for the ring finger. 26605 is a column 2 for 26615, so it would require a 59 or XS modifier (depending on payor).
