Wiki closure of empyema space - 32810

Hi,

The following procedures were performed by one of our surgeons, a few months after the creation of an Eloesser flap:

- extension of thoracotomy with removal of ribs.
- muscle flap closure of bronchopleural fistula.
- muscle flap closure of chronic pleural space.
- closure of Eloesser flap.

Please do you know what code(s) would be the most appropriate?
32906? 32810? 15734? Other(s)?

Going by the titles only (and not the description of the procedure), I believe you would use CPTs 32810 and 15734 only.
